Summary: AC in our room worked very poorly. Restaurant doesn't open until 8:30 PM...so we had to walk down to KFC about 2 blocks. Nice airport shuttle, and check in was a breeze.

Summary: Overnight stay before morning flight. Our room smelled like smoke and they couldn’t accommodate a move as they were full. On top of that, they pump a powerful fragrance into the lobby which was awful. I thought it was someone around me until I went to the sister hotel next door and noticed the same smell.

Summary: Conveniently located close to the Barajas Airport, the area is kind of industrial park, but the Plenilunio shopping center is very close and convenient. The hotel is very nice, very good choices for breakfast, and very nice staff. As a plus, there is a shuttle to Bajaras Airpot. Recommended

Summary: The check in was extremely slow, with a line of about 20 people before me. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, bar or restaurant. They send you to the hotel next door, where long lines of people wait to access the restaurant. Shower temperature fluctuated randomly in our room and the AC was noisy. Although this is a four star, the quality of services seems a step down from the Axor Barajas next door.

Summary: Nice hotel , clean and safe. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy it due to our late arrival from the airport and we had to catch an early flight, but we had a chance to walk to the mall and enjoy dinner there.
